Submitting an online application is simple. Create an account, set up a username and password, and fill in the application. Watch for a confirmation email when the process is complete.

Our Registrar will contact families of Jr. Kindergarten - 8th Grade applicants who will test one-on-one with our testing facilitator. (There is no test for Preschool 3s applicants.) Admissions test are administered during the month of March for following year applicants. Mid-year applicants will be tested immediately.

Testing for Jr. Kindergarten and Kindergarten applicants is developmental in nature, while 1st - 8th grade applicants are administered an academic test. These tests help us determine the applicant's ability to be successful in their grade level, as well as math and language arts placement. Please bring your child's most recent report card and standardized testing results at the time of testing.

You will be notified of your admissions status within 1 week (mid-year applicants will be processed immediately.) Once accepted, you have 2 weeks to submit financial forms and a non-refundable enrollment fee to secure your child's placement.

Non-discrimination and Inclusion

At Los Gatos Christian School, diversity is embraced and celebrated. We admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities made available to students at the school. Los Gatos Christian School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Full Disclosure and parental partnership

It is important to Los Gatos Christian School that parents represent their students in a full and accurate manner. Los Gatos Christian School considers the education of a child to be a partnership with the parents, and we cannot fully participate in this partnership unless the process is built on a foundation of integrity and honesty. Failure to disclose information may result in the dismissal of the student from Los Gatos Christian School, even after admission has been granted. Students with IEPs or other special modifications are encouraged to prequalify prior to applying.
